Happy New Year from Yours Truly - Thank You Letter to YOU

Hello, my wonderful readers,

As I sit down to pen this heartfelt note, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey that has been Fantail Flo. It's been over a decade since this blog came to life in 2011, a small digital space where I, a girl studying her A-levels in the UK, began sharing snippets of my life, thoughts, and dreams in the UK. Today, as I navigate the exciting challenges of a PhD after graduating from the Oxford, I am filled with gratitude for each one of you who has been part of this incredible journey.

From my first tentative posts, filled with the enthusiasm and uncertainty of youth, to the more confident strides of my university years, Fantail Flo has grown and evolved, much like myself. This blog has been my constant companion, a diary of sorts, chronicling my transitions from a curious teenager to a dedicated blogger who shares her favourite brands with all of you.

Your support, dear readers, has been the wind beneath my wings. Every comment, share, and view has not only motivated me but also connected me to a world beyond my own. You've witnessed my highs, my lows, and everything in between. You've seen me grow, not just academically, but personally too, developing into someone who now contributes to the wonderful world of being a content creator.

I cannot express enough how much your engagement has meant to me over these years. Whether you've been with me since the beginning or have joined along the way, your presence has been a source of comfort and inspiration. Your encouragement during my A-levels, your cheers when I shared my favourite fashion outfits at Oxford, your support when I voiced my difficult times on this blog and your continued interest in my product review journey have been invaluable.

This blog, which started as a mere hobby, a space to express myself, has turned into a beautiful community and a space for me to share my favourite fashion and lifestyle brands. But it is more than just a review blog. It's a community that has seen me evolve from a young student to a scholar, a journey not just of academic growth but of personal discovery too. The lessons I've learned, both in and out of my studies, have been shared here, in the hope that they resonate with you, my readers, in some way.

In each product review on Fantail Flo, I intertwine personal anecdotes and experiences, making them not just evaluations of items, but reflections of my life's journey. From my first years in London to my PhD, these reviews mirror my growth and transitions, offering a unique, authentic perspective that resonates with the stages of my life.

As I look back, I am filled with fond memories of late-night writing sessions, the excitement of hitting the 'publish' button, and the anticipation of your responses. Each post has been a piece of my heart, a fragment of my journey.

As I continue on my academic path, pursuing my PhD, I carry with me the experiences and lessons from this blog. Fantail Flo will continue to be a reflection of my life, my learnings, and my aspirations. I hope to share more personal posts from now on, and to keep  growing, and learning with all of you.
