My Honest Experience Trying Bamboo Bedding- Panda London Review

It's getting warm in the UK and I'm starting to feel the heat in my room. My old duvet covers aren't helpful- they're thin and flimsy and I really need an upgrade. I want to talk about this new duvet cover, bedding and pillowcase set that I got which is perfect for student dorms (such as the one I'm living in), as well as for any home. I got a lovely 100% pure bamboo bedding set from Panda London a lovely and exquisite shop that sells bamboo bedding, pillows, duvets and mattress toppers for all bed sizes.

A bit about the brand- Panda London is a shop that sells natural bamboo and French linen bedding, home accessories and pillows for all. They are known for being affordable as their items are made from the highest-quality materials which promises to give you a better night's sleep and home experience. Their range is fantastic and broad, suitable for homes of all types. Bamboo is an all natural material, so their products promises to keep you cool at night with their bedding. 

I got a white bedding set made from 100% bamboo- this luxurious duvet cover, pillow case and bed sheet set arrived at my house in a gorgeous packaging and dust bag, which allows me to carry it around for convenience. When I unboxed the bedding set, I was really excited because it looked really soft and beautiful. I unpackaged the set and laid it out on my bed, and tried using it for a few days. Here's my honest review of the set! 

First and foremost, the duvet cover is one of the most comfortable and beautiful duvet covers that I've ever seen. The quality of the thick bamboo material and exterior of the cover is outstanding. Their range is very affordable yet luxurious, made from 100% bamboo which have a thread count of 320. This thread count is perfect for a good night's sleep, and isn't thin at all. It is equal to a 1200 thread-count for cotton sheets. This means that the quality of the duvet cover is impeccable and second-to-none. The weave is made from a tight-knit bamboo, which is durable, tough and easy to clean. This is perfect for students like me!

In terms of the comfort, the duvet cover is one of the lightest and airiest things that I've ever slept under. The cotton texture creates a soft cushion around my body as it gently sinks in, making it airier and even more comfortable than a normal blanket. Best of all, I sweat a lot at night and normal blankets absorb my sweat, making me feel hot and uncomfortable. This duvet cover, however, feels great as it regulates my body temperature!

The quality of Panda London's pillowcases are second to none, as the bamboo is smooth, luxurious and gorgeous. If you don't like colour, the shop has some darker pillowcases which look equally good. What I love most about these cases are that the bamboo weave allows your face and hair to glide while you sleep causing less friction and breakage in the hair. I've noticed a huge difference in the way I wake up because of these pillowcases!

Now is it true that bamboo is better for sleep? Yes it is! I tried using this bedding set for a week now, and I'm pleased to say that none of my usual sleep problems have come up. I wake up with silky smooth hair and I feel like my sleep quality is better. I think the bamboo pillowcases are also super comfortable and soft, and it feels really lovely on the skin. I'd definitely recommend getting one if you want your beauty sleep. 

As for their fitted bedsheet, again it is amazing and soft. I think it is the perfect thickness for a spring or summer night as it's really soft, smooth and crisp. I feel like I'm sleeping under a cloud when I lie on these gorgeous bedding. I love the fitted sheets, as they're easy to put on the bed, and they are super easy to clean too. They're fully machine-washable and I really love the silky smooth feeling of bamboo as it glides across my skin.
