My overall experience went very well, and I experienced a deep Thai massage for 1 hour. The masseuse was extremely professional and asked me what strength I preferred. The massage went really well and she eased my back pain by stretching and kneading my back using her elbows. Thai massage is known for it's special techniques, including the use of the masseuses' body to offer a deeper pressure onto the muscles. I really enjoyed my deep Thai massage and it lasted for around 60 minutes. The masseuse kneaded my back, legs and arms, then worked on my front body which means that the experience was holistic and all-rounded. My whole body was relaxed and the salon was so comfortable that I felt like I could let everything go.
Treatments are affordable, with a 60 minute massage costing 65 pounds, and a 90-minute one costing 95 pounds. This is really reasonable considering the shop's location in central London.
The shop offered me some water after the massage and told me to rest, as the muscles would be tired after the treatment. I felt invigorated and refreshed, and had such a relaxing morning after getting the treatment. I had such a lovely time in the shop and an overall great experience.
Overall, I think Thai Kosai was clean, friendly and extremely accessible for everyone living in London. I would highly recommend checking out this Thai massage shop if you want legitimate, authentic massages for a reasonable price.
