Yogi's Choice- My Myga Yoga Review

I've been a dedicated practising yogi for 2 years now and it has changed my life in every single way. It inspires me to wake up and live my best life every day. Today I want to share my latest haul from Myga Yoga, one of my favourite UK yoga clothing and accessories shop that sells a huge range of yoga goodies. I'll show you everything I've got and can't wait to recommend some yogi's favourites to you all! Take a look below! 

The first two items that I got were these lovely Sand leggings and black sports bra. You know how sometimes you pay a lot of money and get cheap quality yoga clothing? Well, these are completely the opposite. They are affordable and probably the softest yoga leggings and bra that I've ever owned- beating brands like Fabletics and Lilybod. Honestly, they are amazing! I'd say the leggings are my favourite and they're very stretchy, velvety and smooth. 

I also got a couple of supportive props. The lovely Support Bolster is huge and soft, and perfect for yin yoga. I use it for yin yoga and for relaxing on my sofa, as they aid with back bends and forward folds. They're made with a soft polyester lining and easily washable cloth on the outside- perfect for sweaty days. I also love the Yoga support jelly pads as they aid my knee pain. I have weak knees and some positions are so difficult, but with these babies they are pain-free and comfortable. I've never used jelly pads before but they really help with combating knee pain. 

I also love the meditation cushion as it looks beautiful and "zen". I sit on it for breathing exercises and it helps elevate the pelvis, making poses easier and breathing smoother. The buckwheat filling is just perfect and relaxing to sit on. 

Finally, I got these cork goodies. I love the Cork Yoga Mat that comes in an extra-large size. I use it for my daily practise. It's lighter than other mats I own and easily rollable, though it is quite large in size so may not fit smaller rooms. I like the texture of the mat and it's non-slip. Completely useful for sweaty vinyasa sessions! I also got two cork massage balls in different shapes. They are so therapeutic and I use it to massage my back when I get pain. Now that the pandemic is here, I can't go for massages and these balls are the ultimate self-love gift!
