Happy Autumn everyone! With this year coming to an end, I've been dedicating myself to one mission: improving my health by doing more yoga and sports. In fact, I've been doing yoga every week in order to improve my fitness, stamina and flexibility, and I got to say I'm loving it!
I've been needing new yoga leggings because my old ones broke, and I want to show you some of the all-new, sustainable and natural leggings that I got from LizaJaneHandmade, a lovely Etsy shop that customises and makes leggings for lovely customers from all across the world.
I got this lovely pair of Black Bamboo Leggings from the brand, and they're fast becoming one of my new favourite Etsy shops. I received these leggings within around 2 weeks as Liza makes the leggings herself, which means that every piece is extremely well made and high quality. When I opened the parcel, I was so surprised as they're hands-down the best leggings that I've ever seen! Honestly, I've been looking for great leggings that shape up your legs, but I can't find any reliable shops anywhere else that makes customised leggings that fit perfectly. It's really rare to find such a tailored and customized service.
LizaJaneHandmade is one of my favourite shops as they're really specialised and have a lot of choice for everyone. Liza handpicks all of the fabrics that she uses, and often uses organic cotton, rayon and bamboo fabrics to ensure that her garments are comfortable, soft and cozy. For example, I needed a pair of black leggings that can push up my legs and keep me comfortable. I want that sleek look and needed a pair of leggings that was made from the softest material available. I also wanted it to fit me well as most leggings tend to fall down when I move, or are too big or too small.
LizaJaneHandmade also has lots of other choices if you want something more fancy or shorter, or even in different colours! They can cater for most of the designs that you require- you simply have to let Liza know after you purchase the item.
The second pair of leggings that I got was this Army Green Bamboo Leggings for yoga. I styled this with my sports bra for a cute, colorful look. I usually avoid colorful leggings as they're usually too thin, but this pair of handmade leggings is completely opaque and flattering on the legs. They're so well-made that I don't have to worry about wearing seamless underwear inside, as they cause no problems around the waist area and don't bunch up during exercise. I love styling these colorful leggings with a simple crop top or a sports bra, and I got lots of compliments from people in my yoga classes asking me where I got them!
Overall, I'm super impressed with the garments that I got from Liza's shop. She takes the utmost care to make all her leggings, and I'm totally happy with the items that I got. She's also super lovely and talented, and all her designs look amazing on the body! I'd definitely recommend getting a customized pair of leggings for your yoga practice.
