Spring Outfits and Comfy Shoes - Vionic Review

As a shoe lover, it's always hard to find that perfect pair of shoes that strikes a balance between style and comfort. Personally, I always wear the same old pair of boots everyday to college, and sometimes I wonder whether I'll find anything that I can wear everyday whilst looking different from everyone else. Today, I want to talk about my 2 new pairs of shoes from Vionic, a brand that's famous for their comfortable, arch-supported shoes and impeccable styles. 

A bit about Vionic- the brand is a well-known retailer which sells podiatrist-designed shoes with special "Orthaheel" technologies, which provides superior orthotic support, relief and stability which helps realign the feet back to their natural position. They have their own team of designers who does research on the best types of heels and soles to relieve pains, backed up by years of scientific research and testing. The result? Vionic shoes cure your common aches and pains, such as heel pain, knee pain and lower back pain. They're the perfect shoe for those of you who suffer from painful feet, and want something comfortable to walk in. 

My order from Vionic arrived in good time, and was beautifully packaged. The first pair of shoes that I got was the Kanela Ankle Boots which looked amazing, chic and modern. The shoes arrived wrapped up in paper and was beautifully packaged. When I opened it, I almost gasped with surprise as the pair of shoes looked even better than the image on their site. I love Vionic's website, as it is pretty easy to use and cute, and you get to see videos of the shoes being worn in action if you search them up on Youtube. 

I chose these gorgeous Beige ankle boots because of their unique sandy colors- the shoes are made with high-quality and waterproof suede, which is feminine, lovely and unique. I've rarely seen shoes that are coloured so beautifully, and the chunky heels simply adds to the look and sophistication of the piece! I love the side zip too, and Vionic definitely designs these shoes with a lot of thought in mind. Usually, ankle boots aren't colorful as they come in black, brown or boring colors. However, Vionic reinvents this classic design and adds lovely colors as well as a slightly slouchy design, which gives it an overall beautiful feel.

The design of the shoe is fabulous, as it's fitted at the front with a pointed toe, and it is quite wide at the middle which gives it a very comfortable shape. The base is made with rubber, which means that it is quite durable  and great to wear. Leather outsoles are the best since only the best quality shoes are made with real leather materialss. I think it would go perfectly with denim shorts, a striped top and a cute jacket!

In terms of the comfort, the Kanela Ankle Boots matches the shape of the foot with every step. Its exceptionally thick and arched insole creates an extremely comfortable footbed, which means that I feel like I'm walking on air with every step. The shoes are quite light too, so there's no bulkiness or weight at all. The best thing about Vionic is their insoles, and this pair of boots is perhaps the most comfortable piece that I've ever worn.

The second pair of shoes that I got are even cuter. They're the Virginia Moccasins in a lovely, smooth beige colour. These shoes caught my eye as they looked unique and different from all the other moccasins that I've seen before. They're more refined, luxurious and elegant as they are designed with interesting metal ringlets on the side, as well as a golden tie front which adds a touch of glamour. Biomechanically designed to hug your arches, these shoes contain FMT Technology which helps support natural alignment from the ground up.

As for the quality, these shoes are some of the best shoes that I've ever worn. The soles are stitched on perfectly, and the upper soles have a lovely stitching that contrasts with the beige upper. The quality of Vionics's shoes are top notch. I'm really impressed!It's extremely comfortable, although the sizing seems to be a bit large. I would advise sizing down!

Overall, I'm really happy that I have a new pair of shoes, one that I can wear everyday without any discomfort or pain. The shoes are so soft that they didn't even need breaking in. Vionic sells the shoes that I featured in various other colors, and all of their shoes have unique designs, wonderful arch-support and such stunning colours which makes them so lovely and comfortable.
