Every once in a while, I discover a fantastic and unique brand which I absolutely cannot get enough of. This time round, the brand's called Juliet Dunn, and they're a lovely designer label that sells apparel for women designed and manufactured designed in the heart of London. What's unique about Juliet Dunn is that they use interesting and natural fabrics, and combine it with bohemian embroideries. The result is that every single one of their pieces is ethnic, yet modern at the same time. It's like the best of the traditional and the new!

I think Juliet Dunn's elegant and relaxing style would fit the modern woman who loves a bit of femininity to their outfits. Their embroidered blouses are really bohemian but also quite sleek, and they fit on the body really well. I also love the fact that they have a lot of variety, for example they have off shouldered tops and long sleeved blouses which are perfect for both work and casual weekends off!
The first thing I got was the gorgeous Pink Silk Slip Dress with metallic detail- I was really attracted to this dress because of it's colour and pattern. Juliet Dunn's collections are always delicately designed, but this dress is probably the most intricate and detailed dress that I've seen in a long time. The panelled embroidery design, combined with a cool, geometric golden overlay, makes this cami dress an iconic piece in every woman's wardrobe. It's pretty perfect for work, or for drinks with the girls after a long, tiring day.
The luxurious colours and cute, flowy silhouette mean that this little dress is perfect for beach holidays or a casual night out. These cute little strappy dress can take you from beach to port to yacht and back again.
In terms of the quality and fit, this lovely dress is stunning and in top form. I got a UK size 8, and this fits me perfectly. Everything hugs at all the right places, and I love the fact that shift dresses don't have a tight, cinched waistline unlike other types of dresses. The overlay pattern really shines because of the "up and down" look of the shift dress, and it's really quite flattering on any skin tone! The quality, as always, is amazing. I don't think Juliet Dunn makes anything that isn't top-notch.
The second thing I got was the lovely Harem tousers with silver sequin embroidery- I wanted a slightly bohemian look and this pair of green trousers is exactly spot on in terms of being a balance of looking feminine and modern. Honestly, the trousers are made from pure cotton, which gives it a really cool, smooth texture which is perfect for both summer and winter months. What I found unique about this top was that it's actually a pair of trousers with an elasticated waist- this means that you can actually wear it with anything, be it a classy top or a dressy camisole and still feel fabulous without the restriction! It also has lovely pink embroidery and a flattering loose, relaxed feel, which really helps build a classic silhouette.
In terms of the fit and quality, again Juliet Dunn never lets me down. Just like the silk pink dress, this pair trousers is absolutely gorgeous and made with perfect craftsmanship. Each little detail is embroidered with care, and I can tell just from feeling it that it's high-quality and extremely durable. This is definitely my new favourite piece in my wardrobe!
