Introducing The New Bowtie Trend - Porcelain Bowtie from Lene Rix

It's not easy to find completely unique gifts that make me go "wow". However, I recently found Lene Rix's shop on Etsy and I was absolutely delighted with their unique range of art prints and porcelain bow ties. Now, bow ties are quite a common gift, but if you want to give someone a really special gift, then read on!

A bit about the shop- Lene Rix is a Denmark-based shop that sells handmade, beautiful gifts and items that are suitable for men and women. In particular, the brand stocks these gorgeous porcelain bow ties and ceramic items that I've never seen before. In fact, I've looked high and low for ceramic bow ties that are elegant and sophisticated, and most importantly subtly chic. I found the perfect balance from Lene Rix's bow ties! The shop also sells awesome art prints, which Lene draws herself, and they're absolutely ethereal and stunning.

Cutting to the chase, I want to talk about these stunning porcelain bow ties. The first one that I got was this lovely White Glazed Porcelain bow tie, which had a lovely shiny exterior which stood in contrast to the natural-tanned leather straps that were anchoring the bow tie in place. Lene Rix makes these bow ties by hand, and they come in matte and transparent glazes, which means that you can choose the texture and exterior of the look.

In terms of the design, the bow tie is amazing as there's nothing quite like the texture and quality of porcelain. Lene Rix uses the highest quality materials, and the result is a truly unique and one-of-a-kind product that will make any man stylish and stand out at a party. In fact, this bow tie is quite subtle and cute, and you can only tell that it's different from normal bow ties upon a closer look! The bow tie is also flexible and catered to people of different neck sizes; the vegetable tan leather strap is adjustable from neck size 36-46 cm. This means that it fits around my boyfriend's neck really well!

In terms of the quality and comfort, my boyfriend said that this is the best bow tie he's ever received. Porcelain crafting is a long process which requires thoroughness and diligence. The quality is outstanding, and Lene Rix makes everything with high care and skill. She is extremely skilled at porcelain making, as evident in her craftwork, and I'm so happy with this bow tie. It's perfect with a suit!

The second thing I got was this Charcoal Matte Black porcelain bow tie which came in a beautiful gift box that was simple and subtle. The black design is one that Lene recently rolled out, so it's completely amazing and gorgeous to look at. It's a matte texture so nothing is too outlandish and bold, which gives it an extra elegant feel. Porcelain is easily broken, so you have to be careful not to drop these beautiful items!

Again, I really love the straps and the black ceramic texture, which contrasts really well. The tanned colour goes against the dark porcelain in a completely minimalist, effortlessly stylish way, and compliments the whole bow tie extremely well. Lene Rix really has an eye for beauty, and her stylish bow ties are definitely the best bow ties that I've ever gotten.

I also got these three art prints from the brand, which were rolled and packed in a triangular cardboard tube to ensure a safe shipment and unpacking. Cards purchased separately are sent in a reinforced envelope so that they don't crease or wrinkle. The packing was professional and beautiful, and they're everything I've hoped for! I think they'd make great gifts for friends, birthday cards and just as framed portraits for my empty wall. They're so unique, and every design stands out in their own little way.
