How To Style Wrap Dresses- CocoVeve Review

It's finally autumn and it's time for another post about my latest favourite trends, fashion picks and how I style my wrap dresses. Wrap dresses are one of my favourite types of dresses as they're not too revealing, elegant and extremely classy. They can be worn from the boardroom to the bar, and they're absolutely my favourite wardrobe staple.  In this post, I am going to feature a lovely, gorgeous brand called Coco Veve, a gorgeous shop that sells lovely women's clothing for all shapes and sizes. 

A bit about the brand- Coco Veve was created by Ria, whose ambition is to create timeless, elegant and chic clothing for women. With a range of dresses, tops and bottoms that can be styled separately or interchangeably, Coco Veve's collection is simply classic and luxurious, and suitable for all occasions. The most interesting thing about the shop is that Ria creates her own prints which are digitally printed on the fabrics, which means that her pieces are super unique and one-of-a-kind! The shop is exquisite, luxurious and features some of the most unique pieces that I've ever seen.

I want to first show you how I styled my Mary H Wrap Dress in Black. Now, this dress is beautiful and sophisticated, and it immediately caught my eye when I first saw it on the brand's site. The dress is really classic, and features a tie-waist, a wrap front detail and a short, asymmetric hemline which is flirty, elegant and exudes confidence at the same time. It's also perfectly cut for a tailored and close-fitting silhouette, giving women of all shapes and sizes their most flattering look. As you can tell, my favourite part of this garment is the design of this dress. As a person with an apple-shaped body, I just love the tie-waist detail that is quite signature of Coco Veve's range. The tie-waist detailing makes sure that your waist is cinched in, so you automatically look taller and thinner, and can show off your curves. The dress also features a v-neck front, which makes it look great with jewellery of all kinds. I personally styled it with a little necklace, which was subtle and elegant at the same time. The dress is really well-fitted, and a Size 8 fits me perfectly. I adore the design!

The sleeves are designed in a 3/4 length kimono style, which reminds me of the Japanese kimonos that are found in modern runways. Japanese-style sleeves are really trendy as they hide the biggest part of your arm, making you look delicate and elegant by creating a polished, simple look. The design of the dress is pretty and simple, and I'm all for the minimalism here! Pair it with a pair of killer heels and you're good to go!

The quality of this dress is simply amazing. The wrap dress is extremely luxurious and high-quality, and feels really durable without being too thick. It isn't see-through at all, and you can't find a dress like this for the price anywhere else. Coco Veve makes sure that all of their clothing are made with the highest quality materials, so it's no surprise that you get what they promise- a beautiful garment that can last for years to come.

I also got this pair of Findlay Baroque Straight Leg print trousers- this beautiful pair of trousers is part of Coco Veve's new collection. The brand recently launched a variety of new items, including a baroque print top and these matching trousers. I chose to wear these trousers with a black crop top, which accentuates the waist and hips as these trousers look classy and elegant. They go pretty well with anything- trainers, black sweaters and white tees. They're really versatile!

The quality of these trousers are amazing, as they're made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane. This means that the trousers are stretchy, soft and smooth. It feels crisp on my skin, and they can be worn with smart brogues for a work-appropriate look. They also look great with a giant wool coat as I wore it to school the other day. The stretchiness of the trousers makes it amazing as it's so comfortable to wear. I adore it so much!

In terms of the fit, a UK size 8 is great for me though I think the hips may be a little loose. The overall length of the trousers make my legs look longer and elongated. The lovely length flatters any body shape and the cropped shape is really luxurious and elegant.

In summary, Coco Veve's clothing is elegant, gorgeous and absolutely amazing, and I'll be sure to wear my pieces for years to come. The lovely quality of the items and the impeccable design makes Coco Veve one of my favourite brands of all time. The beautiful designs are completely unique and I've never seen anything quite like their clothing. I'm sure you'll love their clothing too!
