It's summer and that can only mean one thing- it's festivities (and wedding) season! Oh no! What do you buy the groom, and most importantly, what do you buy yourself or for your man to wear for special occasions? I want to talk about my latest finds from MondoMagna, a snazzy, cool silk bow tie and pocket square shop that sells all sorts of quirky designs.
MondoMagna aims to provide unique designs to the market by selling a variety of silk squares and bow ties. Their interesting designs are printed on pure silk, which is lightweight enough to enable penetration of ink to the reverse side of the fabric, but heavy enough to show intense colour. The side hems are rolled and stitched by hand which makes them ultra luxurious and the perfect gift.
As you can see, I got this lovely Mac Bow Tie which is red and blue in colour. I chose it for my boyfriend because he's going to do his masters degree this year and he needs something formal for when he's suited up (plus all of those fancy dinners he'll be attending) so I chose this stand-out bow tie for his collection. The quality is amazing and it's pre-tied, so it saves you the hassel and trouble of tying it yourself. I love the bow tie, as it's extremely good looking and snazzy.
I also got him a funky Massimo (Black) pocket square which is coloured in blue, red and green. I love the gorgeous pattern as it goes well with a blue or black suit, and would stand out from the crowd. For pocket squares, it's important that it comes in a bright colour so it stands out from the rest of your dull outfit. Again, the fabric is gorgeous and this would make a lovely gift as it comes in a box.
Overall, I'm so happy with MondoMagna's items and they certainly would make fantastic gifts for this season!
