Getting My Man A Tailored Shirt- Shirtonomy Review!

Are you searching for the perfect gift for your boyfriend or significant other for his birthday or a special occasion? Like many others, I've also been thinking of what to get for my partner this year. And it's hard sometimes to find the perfect gift. Since he recently started working for a new company, I decided to surprise him with a tailored shirt from Shirtonomy- an awesome online tailored shirt shop that sells made to measure dress shirts and casual shirts for men.

A bit about the brand- Shirtonomy is a brand that delivery high-performance, beautiful and tailor-made shirts for men. All of their shirts are made in Portugal, which means that the quality and material of each shirt is pretty much guaranteed. What's special about them is that they have a unique selection of fabrics and designs for you to choose from. I was amazed by their range of colors, style and designs. Seriously, it beats other stores that I have tried.

I recently received my custom shirt after a few weeks of ordering it. I am super excited to share with you my honest review, and I have to say- these shirts would make perfect gift ideas for professional or working men!

Review of the shirt I received

Quality (5/5)- for the price, the quality of the shirt is excellent. I think Shirtonomy sells shirts that are at the medium-range of prices, which means that I would expect good stitching and a beautiful finish for the shirt. The shirt they sent me was made really well, and had a lovely double stitching, which means that it is high quality and will last for years to come. I also love the fabric texture as the shirts are all made from cotton, which absorbs sweat, feels light and is comfortable and smooth on the skin.

The fabric I chose was a blue striped fabric. Their fabrics are all 100% cotton, and I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the shirt feels great! It's strong, smooth and well- presented when its sent to me. I tried it on, since this is meant to be a surprise gift for my boyfriend. The shirt feels lightweight but strong, and also really comfortable, quite breathable and crisp. Their quality is really good, especially for the affordable price the shirts are selling for!

Design (5/5)- with everything being 100% customisable, this shirt is everything you can want. Seriously, the shirt will surely get lots of compliments, since I designed it myself. I could even select different colors for the inner collar and inner sleeves. The best thing about a custom tailored shirt is that you can choose the colors and sizes. I love the simple and elegant design that I chose.

Fit (5/5)- if this is your first time ordering a custom shirt, then you may have to enter body measurements to give an accurate fit. However, I chose to give them some existing shirt measurements which I took from my boyfriend's other shirt. They simply replicated the shirt and it fits perfectly! I love how once you get good measurements, everything seems to fall into place.

Overall thoughts- at the end of the day, we all just want a good shirt for your loved one. Shirtonomy is a shop that I would highly- and I mean highly- recommend for their simple design platform, easy ordering process, beautiful product and lovely selection of fabrics. There was nothing wrong with the shirt that I ordered at all, and everything was pretty perfect. I hope this shirt lasts for years to come!
