Hey girls! How's everyone today? I know winter is almost over, but warm clothes are always trendy. Today I want to share with you my giant haul from Celtic & Co, a lovely shop that sells sheepskin apparel, shoes and accessories for men and women. I have always been a huge fan of sheepskin clothing as they're warm, beautiful and totally chic. I'm into the elegant look and Celtic & Co is just amazing!
What makes Celtic & Co special? Firstly, all of their items are handmade in Newquay - all of their sheepskin boots and slippers are made in Cornwall which means that they are high quality and beautifully made. Everything is made from 100% pure sheepskin and hand-crafted, so everything is meticulously stitched and finished.
What's more, all their sheepskin items are machine washable - their sheepskin is specially treated so you can wash most of our boots and slippers to keep them looking as good as new. This is really interesting as I'm worried about my furs getting dirty, but with Celtic & Co's range this isn't a problem!
The first thing that I bought was this gorgeous Black Shortie Classic Boots. Quality-wise, these boots are one of the best that I've ever had as they contain double-stitched seams . Constructed from up to 11 elements, all of Celtic & Co's sheepskin footwear is double-stitched for exceptional durability. I love the soles- they are made from rubber but are really strong, light and waterproof. Best of all, Celtic & Co offers re-sole & repair services, unlike other sheepskin boots, so you can enjoy your Celtic favourites for many years to come.
Design-wise, I love the UGG-style of these boots. I've owned a pair of UGGs before but they sadly broke. These replacements are wonderful and even lighter than my old pair. I'm always worried that sheepskin boots will look clunky, but these boots are short, ankle-length and perfect with jeans or leggings. Celtic & Co sells a huge variety of boots for every girl- short boots, long boots, calf-length boots- these all go well with any outfit and you can choose anything you want!
Oh, and I forgot to mention- these booties are so comfortable! I'm literally walking on a soft carpet when I wear these boots!
Secondly, I got these gorgeous taupe Wilderness Boots- these boots attracted me because of their lace-up design. The lace-up details are absolutely gorgeous! I've never been a huge fan of hiking boots, but these gorgeous boots aren't normal boots at all. They are quite stylish and chic, so they go well with white jeans and a little fur vest. The boots are made from wonderful distressed suede leather, which is durable and strong, and has a lovely rugged look to it.
Quality-wise, the boots are one of the best boots that I've ever worn because they're incredibly strong. Honestly, the soles are thick and durable, and I feel like I can walk for miles in these shoes without feeling tired. The soles are pretty high though- with a 3cm heel, they add some height to my small frame. Everything is meticulously crafted, and I absolutely adore these shoes!
In terms of the size, I got a size down as these shoes are a bit tight if you get your normal size. I talked with Celtic & Co's customer service before getting these shoes, and they advised me on the right size. Their team is so friendly and helpful- it really makes a difference to my shopping experience!
Finally, I got this gorgeous Reversible Toscana Gilet- as one of the most stunning pieces in my wardrobe, this gilet impressed me greatly due to the design and colour. I've always dreamt of having a grey gilet as it looks ultra luxurious and gorgeous. This Toscana gilet is reversible so it can be worn in various ways. It arrived in a gorgeous protective bag and a hanger, which is great as it would protect the gilet for years to come.
This gilet is made from 100% sheepskin, which is gorgeous as the hair on the skin is extra long and flowy. It is made in Europe and flatters the body really well. It is figure-hugging and gorgeous- I got a UK size 10 when I'm usually an 8 and it fits really well. I think this gilet would fit a pair of skinny jeans and white turtleneck sweater really well!
Price-wise, I think Celtic & Co's range is all reasonable- they are on the medium-end of prices but are by no means too expensive. This gilet is really reasonably priced and for the quality, I'd say that it is worth every penny. Pure sheepskin is really rare and luxurious, and this is definitely a piece that a girl should invest in, for years to come.
Overall, I'm really happy with my haul from Celtic & Co because everything fits perfectly and the quality of the items are excellent. I'd highly recommend them!
