The Perfect Cozy Day Sweatshirt- Wyrd Bird Review !

As a lover of fashion, I'm always on the hunt for fresh, exciting clothing to add to my collection. But every once in a while I would stumble upon a brand that makes me go "wow" with a mixture of awe and appreciation. Wyrd Bird, pronounced "weird" as in the old spelling, is the shop that made me super excited because I think you'll all love their cute and trendy range of items.

A bit about the brand- 'Wyrd' comes from the name of the founder's in London ('Way of Wyrd'), which  was taken from a book called 'The Way of Wyrd' by Brian Bates. The word 'Wyrd' means sacred, mystic, different, special, and this is what inspires the designs of the brand. They sell all sorts of sweaters, t-shirts and clothing, and most of their items are fit for both men and women. I particularly love their range of cool t-shirts, which reminds me of something straight out of a high-end magazine - and those really stylish, hip streetwear-inspired modern styles that we see everyday on the internet.

I have to say - I'm in love with my new Wyrd Bird Union Jack Sweatshirt (Grey). This modern, stylish sweater can be worn with both jeans or leggings because it comes in a variety of sizes suitable for both men and women, giving it a very comfortable and casual look. I love pieces that are comfortable, cute and warm, and I absolutely adore the colorful Wyrd Bird logo at the front of the sweater! 

I love styling the sweater with a pair of black high-heeled boots, because I'm such a boots girl. I think it's an outfit great for spring, or the cooler months because of the thickness of the sweater. I feel that this sweater fits me pretty well, and I got a size up because I wanted to go for the oversized look. 

I'm pleased with Wyrd Bird's quality and versatility. In terms of quality, this sweater is one of the best that I've ever owned as it's warm and thick, and nothing like those thin ones I see in the shops. Those don't keep warmth very well, but this sweater is extremely cozy and holds in heat pretty well. In terms of versatility, you can style it with anything, jeans, shorts, tights, skirts or even think of something unique. 

Overall, I'm so happy to finally be able to write about one of my favourite wardrobe pieces of this year. I've been eager to get myself a lovely cute sweater for the cooler months, and this Wyrd Bird piece really hits the perfect balance between cute and stylish. Plus, I'm a lover of unisex items, so this is sweater is definitely going to be one of my most-worn pieces ever.
