Vegan, Cruelty-Free Fashion At It's Best - a review of Heartcure Clothing

Can clothing ever be ethical and sustainable? Can fashion also be completely natural and vegan? The short answer is - Yes! I'd love to tell you a little bit about Heartcure Clothing, one of the most innovative, gorgeous and stylish vegan clothing brands out there. Firstly, here's a little bit about their shop. Set up by Georgia and Jordan in 2015, Heartcure Clothing is dedicated to raising awareness about animals and veganism, and their mission is to educate and impact people around them through beautifully designed clothing that carries a vegan-friendly message.

As a child, I've always loved animals and nature. I've always wanted to go vegan, but like many other people, I've never been fully aware of all the benefits of going meat-free. So why would someone choose to go vegan? 

• It saves forest land- the land used to graze animals and keep livestock will no longer be destroyed.
• It is kinder to all species- animals are lives too, and farming animals for meat is sometimes a rather sad thought.
• It protects oceans from overfishing and pollution. 
• A vegan diet is scientifically proven to be better for health, and can help people lose weight. 

What's more, all of Heartcure Clothing's items are made using completely ethical and sustainable methods. All their shirts are printed using water-based inks which do not contain environmentally damaging chemicals, and they are also better for your skin. Everything is made using organic materials, and none of their clothing is made under sub-par working conditions. They also donate a portion of their profits to a charity that saves animals from abuse.

Anyway, I got 2 t-shirts from Heartcure Clothing because I fully support veganism and their awesome mission, and I thought I'd show you a bit of what I got, as well as tell you my experience of trying on their clothing for the first time.

The first thing I got was the End Speciesism long sleeve shirt - it came in black and yellow, which was a unique and unusual combination, but somehow it worked really well because the textual message was highlighted clearly on the shirt. I love the cutting- it's really fitting even though it's made to be a little bit baggy. It's also unisex, so both guys and girls can wear this lovely piece. It reminds me of those chic street wear you see on celebrities, but only with a different message at the front! I love the quality of the shirt- soft, smooth and comfortable. It's the perfect shirt to wear if you want to show a message!

Next, I got was the Eye for an Eye t-shirt. This is one of the shop's iconic tees and I fell in love with the designs. The t-shirt had a lovely minimalistic feel to it, and has a lovely logo on the front pocket area. However, once you turn your back, the tee completely changes and features a large logo with a clear message about animals and veganism. I just love the cutting again- it looks best with rolled up sleeves and is just so fashionable and comfortable at the same time!
