Relaxed Australian Chic - a review of Miles From

I'm sure all of you have had those days where you just can't find anything comfortable to wear. Maybe your wardrobe is full of clothes that are too tight, or too small, or too restrictive, and you just want to find something that is flowy yet stylish at the same time. This is the problem that Robyn, the founder of Miles From had.

Miles From is a lovely ethical Australian boutique that designs and sells these amazing and casual items - they have tops, singlets, pants and dresses, and pretty much all of the basics that you can dream of. What's special about them is that their styles are all made with one thing in mind - comfort. Their items are designed for the everyday woman who doesn't want to be restricted by tight clothing that don't fit, or loose clothing that looks frumpy and unkept. 

The founder, Robyn, felt her fashion sense change after having kids. She no longer wanted tight and uncomfortable tops, but instead wanted clothing that gave her the freedom to move without compromising on the design. 

I was lucky enough to be sent 2 lovely pieces to review, and both arrived well within a week of the order. The first one was a grey scoop back singlet, which was super soft and comfortable to wear. A size 10 fits me perfectly, and it wasn't too tight or restrictive at all like most other singlets that I have. Miles From makes all of their clothing in Melbourne using the finest cottons, so the quality of this top was incredible - it was smooth, stretchy and felt really good on my skin.

The second item I got was a pair of fantastic black three quarter zip pants - these are incredibly versatile as they're loose yet fitting on the lower calves. Also, I love the zip details along the sides, which allows you to vary the fit of the pants. In fact, these pants reminds me of something out of Vogue or the high end fashion magazines, because it creates a very interesting and minimalistic silhouette! 

I love the deep pockets which allow me to put all sorts of items in there when I'm lazy to carry about a backpack. It's absolutely wonderful to be able to find a pair of pants that can be worn casually yet look so cool at the same time! 

Overall, I'm really impressed with Miles From. Their quality is top-notch and all their clothing is ethically sourced and made in Australia. It's great to see a boutique that uses 100% homegrown materials. It's quite rare these days, but I guarantee you that wearing ethical fashion actually makes you feel (and look) much better!
