I even got a little sentence stitched on the sleeves, with the name of my boyfriend on it! How cool is that!

iTailor has a fit guarantee, so if they make something wrong or it doesn't quite fit, all you have to do is contact their customer service for help. The customer service is helpful, detailed and attentive. I've personally tried their service because I wanted to make a shirt to surprise my boyfriend. They're so helpful when the shirt was a bit long, and they offered to send me a new shirt for free.
Review of the shirt I received
I gave iTailor a go in hopes of getting a shirt for my boyfriend, who is desperately needing a casual/ work shirt. I found the website super easy to use, and ordered my shirt happily. Within 2-3 weeks, it arrived on my doorsteps. The shipping time took faster than I expected.
Quality (5/5)- the fabric I chose was a white and pink houndstooth fabric. Their fabric are all 100% cotton, and I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the shirt feels great! It's strong, smooth and well- presented when its sent to me. I tried it on, since this is meant to be a surprise gift for my boyfriend. The shirt feels lightweight but strong, and also really comfortable, quite breathable and crisp. Their quality is really good, especially for the affordable price the shirts are selling for!
Fit (4/5)- the fit of the shirt was initially a bit odd- as I ordered it a bit too long. My boyfriend is 180cm tall, and this shirt was on the longer side. However, everything else seems to fit. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful. They ordered a new shirt for me, and the new shirt fits really well. I think it will be the best-fitting shirt he owns!
Design (5/5)- say goodbye to old fashioned shirts! With everything being 100% customisable, the shirt is everything you can want. Seriously, what shop lets you customise your shirts? iTailor does- and they're great at it. The shirt will surely get lots of compliments, since I designed it myself. I even selected different colors for the inner collar and inner sleeves- as you can see in the photos. It even came with a free pocket square.
I'm overall very happy with the experience. It's definitely going to be an excellent Valentine's Day present, or even a Birthday or Anniversary gift for a man.
iTailor also sells customized suits and shoes- everything is made according to your man's measurements. In fact, the process is so simple that it makes going to an actual tailor much less attractive.
