Top 5: May Wish List

May is the season for.... cravings, the flu, rainy days and humidity. It's also time for another giant list of Pretty-Things-I'd-Like-To-Own-But-Can't-Afford. May's also a time where it's nearly halfway through the year, time for final exams (though I haven't got any), reunions, tears and plans for summer. May's also the month when I'm finally single again - no more tears! I can't wait until June and July fly by, so I can finally come home from my short-term service trip abroad, and go home to rest. So, lovelies, these are the top 10 bits and pieces of clothing, apparel and shoes that I truly, truly want to own:

1- Animal Shoes - When I saw these, I literally gasped because they looked amazing. These animal flats are shaped like dogs, and have hearts for eyes... and they are definitely one of the most creative shoes I have ever seen. Imagine walking down the street in these gems! I'd love a pair just so I can channel my inner cute animal. I can't deny my inner cute-freak any more! Not to mention, they are super cute, stylish and unique! 

2- Floral Sweater - I'm in love with this vintage floral sweater from Choies , after seeing it featured on one of my favourite fashion blogs. I just love floral prints, and even though it's large and oversized, I can imagine myself all cozy, warm and snuggly inside this lovely vintage sweater. I love the ripped seams at the bottom, it makes the sweater more edgy and modern, even though it screams "vintage". The colour and pattern is simply gorgeous. 

3- Cat jumper - What can I say, as an animal lover, I have a fondness for all things non-human, cute, furry and has big eyes. Ever since I saw pictures of cat jumpers and animal faces on t-shirts from this website, cat-faced jumpers had been on top of my fashion wish list. Cats have lovely eyes, chatoyant, bright and huge - I just love cats with blue or green eyes, especially if they are pure black or white.  I love how this jumper can be slouchy, comfortable yet cool and edgy at the same time. Especially if you pair it with denim shorts, tights and a cool pair of heels. Meow! 

4 - Black Romper - I've always wanted to match a simple black romper with classic sunglasses, sandals and a simple clutch bag. I've ever only owned one romper before, but it's not something I wear often because mine isn't as well shaped as this one - this romper cuts right to your curves. Since summer's nearly here (wishful thinking), what can be better than a lovely one-piece romper - you can beat the heat and look girly, gorgeous and carefree at the same time. 

5- Simpson Shorts - I absolutely adore these denim Simpson shorts, because let's face it - who doesn't love the cartoon TV show and it's yellow-faced characters? To me, the Simpsons have become somewhat of an iconic symbol, a very stylish iconic symbol, to say the least. I've seen awesome Simpson sweatshirts, but these shorts are a delight and will definitely add spice to any old t-shirt that you might want to throw on. Go Bart!
