Should I Stay or Should I Go ?

Hey everyone! I've been MIA for a while, but I have finals coming up, so I guess it's MIA for a little more for the mean time... :( So I've just been doing the usual routine - wake up, school, home, you know, the usual... but yesterday, yesterday was a really bizarre day for me. I'm going to sum it up in pictures :

The journey started off with me walking to my favourite grocery shop nearby, taking a route through the park and witnessing a Santa race, apparently it's for a christmas charity event where everyone dresses up as santa and runs a marathon around the park! 


Had a good laugh at their funny costumes, on such a cold day too ! 

I was on the way home from grocery shopping, carrying bags of food and goods, taking the usual path through the beautiful nearby park when I suddenly noticed HIM staring at me in the grass....


Then it started scampering towards me... like a ninja squirrel ...


And then... I walked faster and faster, and glanced behind me and saw that not only were squirrels following me, but pigeons were also hot on the trail, so phone in hand, I snapped the image of a troop of pigeons and squirrels scampering behind me.


And they came closer and closer... Being dogged by pigeons and squirrels! Scary or cute ?

After finally arriving back to my room, I was exhausted and took a nap, it was around 3:00pm, but when I woke up, the strangest thing happened; I thought it was 6AM in the morning because my phone alarm clock blared "6:00" in bold white letters, so I was shocked at "sleeping for 15 hours straight"... After around 10 minutes of thinking how weird this was (I never slept so much ever!) I walked to the kitchen to get some food, and I heard someone using the kitchen... thought that was strange because "isn't it 6 in the morning, too early to use the kitchen ?"

... so long story short, it turns out it was actually 6pm and I misread the time. Silly me, and there I was, wondering what made me nap for so long without waking up, wondering why people were up so early and online (yes, I checked my social networking sites and found many people on "at such an early time", unusual....hmm) when I was just disorientated and being a sleepyhead!

    Haha the santa race made me smile! When I am super tired and have a nap during the day I always get a bit disorientated with time when I wake up. xo

    that sounds so cute to me XD i've never seen a squirrel before :O oh, you must've been super tired! lol, it's alright i do that too sometimes, so much sleep makes me really disorientated. Good luck on your finals hun :) Hope to see you back to blogging soon! <3

    ha! What a weird day, indeed. I know some Ninja Squirrels, too. They live in my yard. The squireels you encountered must be from the same clan. I hate those dang rodents-creatures. They have absolutely zero manners.

    Flo funny little darling, I realy enjoyed this post. The animals following you were hungry. Why not just give them a little nibble next time. Carry some stale bread or seeds with you next time and drop it for them. They smelled whatever it was you were carrying. Great photos and what a fun, trip to the supermarket.     OH MY!! Chased by squirrels and pigeons?? That is for sure scary and not cute at all!!!

    PS. There were lines of gorgeous men modeling A&F sweatpants and a lot of people ask to take pics with them. So I just wait for my turn and tadaaa... LOL
