London's newest Mexican restaurant to watch out for: Conchita's Mexican Kitchen
London is a city renowned for its culinary diversity, with a vast array of international cuisine available to satisfy any palate. However, one cuisine that is often overlooked is Mexican. Despite the city’s large international population, there are surprisingly few good Mexican restaurants in London.
As part of a mission to bring real good Mexican food to London, Conchita's will open their new pop-up restaurant Conchita's Mexican Kitchen this month, in partnership at Mestizo Chelsea on King's Road, Chelsea in London on February 3rd 2023.
The concept at Conchita’s Mexican Kitchen is to sell Torta’s, which are Mexican sandwiches that are made using Conchita’s range of Signature Sauces. The restaurant's mission is to educate foodies in London about how to consume Conchita's products while trying out a food that is super popular in Mexico but not found anywhere else in the city!
